We're building a team of specialists nurse interviewers across the UK, supporting our healthcare recruitment teams to find the right nursing professionals for the right jobs.
Working as a nurse interviewer gives you the opportunity to combine your experience and skills, helping fellow nursing professionals on their path into employment across both NHS and private sectors.
Not just anyone can do this job, you need to be highly motivated, capable of working on your own, managing your own time and always looking for ways to improve and develop your skills. Attention to detail and strong customer service skills are key to this job. It's essential you can adapt and engage with the diverse range of people that you will meet.
You will be at the heart of the recruitment and job finding process, representing Hays and helping us to identify the right people for employment and ensuring they experience an efficient and professional registration process.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Maintaining interview records in line with operating procedures and National Contract requirements
Documentation of your evaluation as to the suitability of the work that each Healthcare Professional can undertake.
Collating defined, confidential candidate information

To be considered for a nurse interviewer job you must have full NMC registration, previous experience of working in a senior NHS role and possess strong written and spoken English skills.
