A small care home at Blakenhall in Wolverhampton requires a Residential Deputy Manager.
Working along aside the manager, you will be responsible for leading the shift whilst on duty. In addition you will be required to deal with care planning and risk assessments for new residents as well as maintaining standards within the home and ensuring that service users needs are met.
You will also be required to cover in the Home Manager's absence and deal with on call duties as required.
Previous nursing home knowledge will be advantageous, as will some leadership skills and an NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care.
