My client is currently looking for a Home manager to run their medium care home located in Fife.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of increasing a care homes occupancy and raising its CQC ratings. Experience with frail elderly and EMI is essential.
As Home Manager you will be responsible for the recruitment and training of staff, maintaining care standards and clinical excellence as well as ensuring good liaison with the local community and other related health professionals. In addition, you will be required to attend multi disciplinary team meetings and deal with all financial aspects of the home on a daily basis.
You will need to be a registered general nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN as well as proven management knowledge who is ready to take on a new and exciting challenge.
