We are seeking an experienced Manager to take over the running of an established home in the Weymouth area.
This is a medium sized residential home which requires a strong Manager who is able to implement and execute a structured improvement plan to take the home forward.
Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential along with a thorough knowledge of CQC guidelines and regulations.
Candidates for this post should be experienced Managers with experience in a similar environment who have completed or are working towards their RMA / LMC.
