Quality Review Manager sought to assess the level of service satisfaction from residents in nursing homes in Camden & Islington.
The role will entail designing the project questionnaires, training volunteer staff in interviewing residents (including those with dementia), compiling the responses, formatting into a report and ultimately in making recommendations for improvements based upon the review findings.
The role is initially offered as a one year contract but could become longer if successful.
It is essential that applicants for this post have a health related qualification; substantial experience of evaluating services, or research projects, or clinical audits, or similar; and must have experience of working with people with dementia.
